  •  An artisanal fusion of creamy brie enriched with the earthy depth of truffle. It carries the buttery richness of Brie and the unmistakable savoury aroma of truffle.


Tasting Notes

  • Aroma:  Rich, earthy truffle with hints of mushroom, hay, and forest floor.


  • Texture: Soft and supple, with truffle shavings mixed throughout


  • Flavour: Buttery with rich hints of truffle bursting through



Pairings


  • Drinks:  Pinot Noir, chardonnay, Nebbiolo, Burgandy wines. A fresh hop beer also pairs very well.


  • Foods:  Smoked salmon, bread, toasted sesame crackers, charcuterie or wild mushrooms


  • Serving suggestion: Allow 30–60 minutes at room temperature before serving to fully release the truffle aroma and creamy texture.



Aging & Care


  • Maturation period:   9 weeks, temperature-controlled environment.


  • Monitoring: Flipped regularly, with a weekly apple cider vinegar wash to balance rind development.


  • Storage: Wrap in parchment or wax paper, then place in a breathable container in your fridge. Avoid plastic wrap, let the cheese breathe.
