At Silverhill Cheese, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade cheeses. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase and will work with you if any issues arise.

1. Perishable Products

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns once a product has been delivered.

Please choose carefully when placing your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

​

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, provide photos of the product and packaging.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund.

3. Delivery Issues

​

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a delivery is delayed, we will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee compensation for courier-related issues outside our control.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
