You can track your order at any stage of the shipping process, head to our order tracking page and enter your details to see shipping status at any time.

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected delivery method.

Rural delivery addresses may incur additional fees.

2. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within New Zealand only.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

3. Shipping Schedule

Orders are dispatched on selected days each week to maintain freshness.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the courier, and will be displayed at checkout.

We cannot guarantee delivery on weekends or public holidays, but will always aim to dispatch orders so they arrive as quickly as possible.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed and another notification when it has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Silverhill Cheese is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

5. Packaging & Handling

Cheese is carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transit.

We use insulated packaging and ice packs when necessary for temperature-sensitive products.

Handle packages promptly upon delivery to ensure the best quality.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us immediately.

We will work with the courier to track your package and resolve any issues.

Refunds or replacements for delayed deliveries will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
